Introduced to Reiki in 2007, there was an immediate intrigued with this healing modality. Attuned to level one and two by 2010,
I was immersed in this technique for myself, family, friends and beloved pets. Obtaining attunements of level three and Reiki Master Teacher by 2016, I offer this modality to others.

Over the years, I pursued teacher training in Hatha and Kundalini Yoga. Guiding you through a Hatha practice, you’ll experience an eclectic combination of self awareness techniques including traditional and restorative postures with meditations emphasizing heart-centered compassion for yourself. With Kundalini, this profound technology awakens the energy of our consciousness, illuminates our self-imposed boundaries in order to grow and expand our awareness and compassion. It prods us to cultivate a strong intuitive mind and offers skills to cope successfully with the challenges of our times and in our lives. The weaving of the mystical, healing vibrations of Gong helps to restore our genuine state of balance and well-being. These modalities contributed to my further exploration of meditation, therapeutic aromatherapy, sound therapy, flower, crystal and herbal remedies.
